Week 4
Day 4
Activity 3: Top Secret Street Art [6 points]
For this activity, take a look at the Christchurch street art website and choose
two different pieces of artwork. Look carefully at both pieces of art, and
identify similarities and differences between the two.
On your blog, post screenshots of the two different pieces of art that you have
chosen. Below the pictures tell us about the similarities and differences that
you see in the two pieces of street art.

  2. Hi Jess

You have chosen two great and very different pieces of art to share with us for this activity.

I have to say that I really do like the one of the hand. I think that it is very powerful and i would like to know what the artist was thinking when they created this mural. It could mean so many things.
What do you think it means?

I was wondering about the hand of caring and sharing for all of the people effected by the earthquake in Christchurch?

I have not seen all of the graffiti art that is around the city, but I really must make a point of going and having a look around at some of it next time that I am in Christchurch.

Have you seen any of it?

The artwork of the tools is really cool though, there would be many of Dads sheds around the country with things like that painted on the walls!!

    Well done Jess!

    Until next time

    Allie :)
